Our CAP Release Group Community Drop-ins

are confidential, non-judgmental groups, led by trained coaches, that seeks to support and guide you on
your path to freedom from life controlling habits that can wreck lives and cause financial and relational poverty.
Whether your habit is alcohol, smoking, drugs, gambling, shopping, food, the internet or anything else,
CAP Release Group will take you on a step by step journey towards breaking its hold on your life.

This is by means of a FREE (weekly/fortnightly) Community Drop-in style meeting where there is a warm and welcoming team of volunteers enabling a supportive peer group community,
together with one-to-one Coaching and an 9 week course.  The course investigates the hindrances to our giving up our dependencies, which are often
rooted in our emotional history, and then teaches us to set achievable goals to reach our target.  It is not the kind of dependency that is important but,
rather, being ready to own that you have a problem and then learning about its hold on you that is really necessary.

Why not come to the CAP Release Group Community Drop-in on one of our term time Tuesday evenings from 7.15pm - 9.30pm?
('Phone Barbara or check our calendar on the homepage for our next meeting dates.)
You can begin to get to know us through these friendly meetings by joining in our various activities and then doing the course when it next runs.
