The letter to the Ephesians is one of the most inspiring books in the BIble, a source of encouragement and hope to Christians down the centuries. Here we find great words about the church, about how Christ saved us, "not by works lest we should boast", climaxing with Paul's call to us to fight, not in our human strength but with spiritual weapons of warfare.

How did this church begin? We find out by looking at Acts 18 & 19 - talk 1 - Shaky Foundations. What held them together in unity? We observe their Strong Relationships intalk 3. What was their essential understanding of being a Christian. We bring this into sharp focus in talk 6 - Saved by Grace. The Ephesian church is one to die for; Jesus did, and one every church can learn from and apsire to emulate.
